Based on the edge of The Lake District, Orchard Financial Planning was established in 2006 out of a frustration in the way financial advice was being provided. To provide advice is more than just a once in a moment in time exercise. Advice changes and grows over time. Strategies that are put in place for many years or even over a lifetime need to be nurtured and monitored; advice is a continuous process. This is at the heart of what we do.
We provide a highly professional service, perhaps slightly unconventional (we generally don’t wear black suits and ties). Our first meetings are quite informal get to know you/us; this allows us to understand your needs and look at what you have already got in place and for you to understand the type of advice and service we will provide you. If you wish us to act for you we also agree a fee structure (we do not charge for initial meetings).
Our approach is to build and maintain good working relationships through clear communication, trust and honesty. Our aim is to give each client ongoing advice tailored to their own unique situation.
